Your pet’s strange behaviour can indicate a serious problem…

What is going on in this dog’s head? Is it hurting? Is the wall providing a cool soothing surface? Or is the poor animal feeling dizzy, experiencing vertigo? Is the wall providing a stable prop or frame of reference?
