Hiya – it’s Roma and Me!

Introducing the author – Emily.

My aim in life is to become a vet and a musician – in fact a musical vet!

Since a very young age I have always loved being around animals and now at the age of 13 I really think I want to become a vet. Let’s hope I can get the grades. My mum is a GP and so she is always going on at me to do well so I thought I would show her by going one better! My Dad has a PhD in Oceanography or something smelling of seaweed, so I have a scientific background if nothing else.

This is a bit of a rubbish picture of me.

My favourite animals are horses and I have been riding since I was about 5. I also love our dogs – more about them later. Music is also a passion – I play the piano and clarinet and I also sing. I have two dogs (Daisy who is a Golden Labrador and Jazz a black Sprocker Spaniel), two guinea pigs (Fizzy and Fluffy), a cat (Eric), a loan pony (Roma) and my younger sister (Chloe) – not to mention Mum and a Dad!

I always wanted to do a diary and someone suggested doing it on-line. So here goes…
